Check-in and welcome volunteers and students

  • Must be >16 years old with computer data entry experience (bring a laptop or tablet).
  • Provide instructions and ensure smooth check-in process.
  • Register unregistered volunteers.
  • Distribute name tags to volunteers.
  • Distribute t-shirts to volunteers without one.

Facilitation Team

Plan and facilitate the event to glorify God

  • Must have had FGA leadership experience and requested by Lead Facilitator.
  • Facilitators have roles that cut across the different teams.
  • Ensure all leaders are Christian.
  • Help plan for the event and attend associated meetings and be present all week.
  • Facilitate smooth flow of people and furniture/household goods collection, storage and distribution.
  • Assist and collaborate with other FGA Leaders.
  • Help conduct post-event assessment meetings.
  • Incorporate lessons learned into future event planning.
  • Perform other specific roles distributed among the Facilitation team.

Operate personal or organizational vehicles for student transportation

  • Check-in at CCC and get your assignment from Lead.
  • Pick up students from designated residential areas to CCC following the zone plan.
  • Transport students to their residential areas from CCC after furniture selection process.
  • CCC Vans require prior authorization.

  • If check-in team is not there, go directly to the kitchen.
  • Prepare and make available food and drinks by 4:45pm.
  • Maintain cleanliness in food and drink areas.
  • Empty trash cans and replace bags.
